Save the OREGON BETC and the State’s CLEAN ENERGY Industry

This is actually important. Everyone needs to stop the legistlators and whoever else is in on the deal from cutting the BETC down from 50% to 30% and capping it at HALF its current cap. This will destroy all solar projects in the state’s economic viability and radically hurt all wind and biofuels projects. Very stupid when the only real positive job growth in the state is coming from clean energy/clean tech
